VA Fc with MS3 trouble wiring coils and cas

I have an 88 jspec Tll motor and I'm wiring in the megasquirt ms3 into it and I've been resorting to aaron cakes site which has been a lot of help for me but I've only been confused on a couple of things and that's wiring in the CAS and also exactly which wires on the leading and trailing coils i have to wire in I've been looking at pictures and reading and I still can figure it out any help would be appreciated...thanks

On the CAS, the Ne+ wire should go to the mainboard tacho in pin, the NE- should go to sensor ground on the mainboard, The G+ wire should go to the ms3x's cam input, and the G- wire should go to sensor ground.

The spark outputs are:

Spark A: leading IGt
Spark B: Trailing IGt
Spark C: Trailing coil select.

With MS2 to run the stock CAS you need to follow Aaron Cake's howto instructions. Basically you need a second trigger circuit to condition the signal from the second VR sensor in the CAS.
