COP - A,B,C,D Mix-up?
So I'm just getting my project started, and I'm having some unexpected results with my ignition set-up. The car runs, but upon checking the timing, the coils are mis-matched vs. what I expected. Car is an FD with an MS3X, IGN-1A coils, DIYauto flying lead harnesses, and an FFE 36-1 wheel with hall sensor.
My expectation for the coil wiring:
Front Leading - Spark A
Front Trailing - Spark B
Rear Leading - Spark C
Rear Trailing - Spark D
Upon checking each plug wire with a timing light, this is reality:
Front Leading - Spark C
Front Trailing - Spark A
Rear Leading - Spark B
Rear Trailing - Spark D
I've double-checked all of my wiring, and everything is as I intended; Spk A goes to the F-L coil - F-L coil plug wire goes to F-L plug, etc.
So, before I start hacking up my harness, does this make sense to anyone? I'm just concerned because the firing order seems completely arbitrary in reality, and it goes against the research I did when wiring the coils in the first place.
MSQ and a screenshot of my ignition options are attached.
EDIT: One thing to add, testing the coils in test mode matches my expected coil wiring A=F-L, B=F-T, etc.

Correction, this is my "in reality" firing sequence:
Front Leading - Spark A
Front Trailing - Spark C
Rear Leading - Spark B
Rear Trailing - Spark D
Aaannnd, it was right there, in the manual. What I have now makes sense, so I'll just have to flip wires C and B. In my defense, I'm pretty sure section 5.3.6 wasn't in the manual a couple months ago when I wired the coils.
