Charlotte NC MS 3 Help/advice/tuning

I have an 87 SCCA ITS rx7 with an S5 motor. Currently it has an rtek7 ecu setup in it. Thinking of going MS 3. The wiring in the car is a nightmare and have been fighting wiring gremlins last 2 seasons. I know the rtek will do what i want but would rather squirt it and have the car run independent of any factory wiring for reliability. Also per the rules i must use the factory sensors

Anyone close to Charlotte say 2-3 hours with any megasquirt experience? I would plan on buying an assembled unit and just do the install. I dont have a ton of spare time to build a box.
