car wont start

I have an zeal ms1 v3.0. pnp. I pluged it in and its just cranking. The leds light up. Not sure what could be the problem. Unless the map on it wont start a bp. I just wanted to move the car from the shop to my house.

There's likely not enough fuel to start a bridge on the stock map.

A bridgeport needs a LOT more fuel.

To give you an idea, my half bridge idles around 13.5:1 at 2.47ms on 720CC injectors. I just finished tuning a stock S4 TII that idles at around 13.5:1 on the 550CC primaries at 1.5ms.

i would first set your engine constants as you probably have larger injectors then what the stock map uses. then calibrate tps. next verify that you have spark, and that the timing is accurate. then you can play with cranking pulse widths to get it to fire up.

i probably missed something important so i would find the megamanual that instructs you on first startup procedures.

good luck!

What he said. But most certainly you would need to edit the cranking settings and of course, retune the entire VE table.

There is already a base map on the ECU.

Just go to a computer store and buy a $5 cable. Then you can edit the ECU settings at your convenience.
