Can you guys look at this board?

Ahh! So annoyed! I gave my husband the task to set this up for me since I've been traveling for work and have not had time. Very simple instructions.
I want a MS1 v3 board done with the resistors done on the led's.

He got me a v2.2 board from I don't know where and here's what it looks like:

Wrong resistor on one of the led's, and what are those jumpers for? I know about the XG1 to X11 jumper, but what about the other two?

The board looks well done, I looked over all the parts and they seem to be right other than I don't know what the jumpers are for. Let me know what you guys think. I just want to chuck this thing out the window because I wanted the v3, but then that would mean that I would have to spend more money on another one and on marital counseling.

No daughterboard as this was supposed to be a v3.

Some one is in trouble when he gets home!

looks like it might be set up for distributor output of some sort... certainly not an rx7. Maybe EDIS, but I'm not totally familiar with the mods for that.
