Megasquirt another no RPM signal thread
another no RPM signal thread
I'm getting no signal on my dash tachometer (so no spark) because I'm getting no RPM signal in tunerstudio (no CAS signal). At my wits end here, just spent 2 weeks on this. The funny thing is that I had a signal before, when I just cranked it for about a half second to see if I WAS getting an RPM signal (prior to installing the intake manifold).
There were some differences between Aaron's write up on programming and TunerStudio... can someone take a look at my tune and see if there is some kind of glaring error?
When I first plugged the ECU in I was getting a MAP angle error... it was set at 270 - that obviously wasn't right.

AHHH... got it running. MS wasn't getting the RPM signal thanks to some crappy crimp on db-37 connectors from Radioshack. Anyway... thanks for all the help :/
Aaron, you think that replacing C6 on the Zeal (330pF cap) with a 100pF cap would have a bad effect on RPM signal? My C6 was looking a little toasty, so I did the above, and while it still idles its jumpy. But I'm sure that has something to do with my BAC... it seems like its full open most of the time at idle.
