Posting this since I put the info together for a local guy. Located in north NJ. The only spot of rust I’ve found in the entire shell is a small spot under some seam sealer under the heater fan fresh air intake. Been stored in a garage for the last 10 years. Slowly rebuilding each system and lately it’s just been sitting. 

$4k for the rolling shell as it sits. => Good street port 12a rebuilt in 2010 with new housings, driven 10k miles then pulled off the road. Has been rotated by hand with mmo ever since every few months. S2 distributor, new dizzy cap, a few intakes (one that I modified to be equal diameter primaries with no valve) Pictures show in process and where it stands now. Still needs to be milled flat. Nikki carbs, air cleaners, filters and the reusable carb base. The coolant ports in the housings have been blocked off with freeze plugs. Franklin engineering multi rib pulleys, banzai alternator tensioner, omp blocked off. 12a manual transmission with Miata short shifter and new shaft seal. I sourced new 10.9 driveshaft DIN (13mm hex) bolts that fit better on the diff flats. New driveshaft bolts are available from mazdatrix last I checked. There’s an adapter plate there now to mount an FC intake. S3 low pressure fuel tank, or a modified high pressure setup, new oem fuel pump, new low pressure regulator and low pressure gage. Rebuilt big bearing diff (new bearings and lsd stack) using 4x110 axles, rebuilt front spindles with tokico blue shocks (new inner and outer bearings), racing beat 1” drop springs powder coated black. New trans cross member and engine mounts. All glass on car is in good shape. Choice of rear hatch glass with or without wiper motor holes. New oem front left and right fenders. The car has many small dings and dents, needs panel beating, bodywork and a respray. The engine bay was sprayed in cherry red duplicolor single stage which matches well to the original sunrise red. I have enough cans to spray the whole car, that can go with. A stock brass sa/s1 radiator along with mechanical fan clutches and shrouds. An sa/s1 oil cooler that was converted over to AN fittings. Lightweight steel flywheel with a new exedy clutch. A few stock FB starters. Cuprunickel brake line and all new fittings to rebuild brake system, including rear axle T along with braided stainless flex line kit. 94 Miata brake master along with an fb one.



 $5k: all the above plus all interior pieces needed for an 85 gray. Good cloth seats, carpet is ok, but could use a replacement. Stock center bezels/tombstone ok shape and windshield defroster L/R vents new old stock. I also have an LRB speed single piece s3 defrost vent and the LRB dash center bezel. 2 s3 gray dashes and a 3rd 85 brown dash that has all of the parts and pieces still in place. One gray dash had an external tach screwed in, the other is in very good shape. Was going to use all 3 to make one good one. Storage bin hinges could use some attention. Gray door cards are not great, cloth matches the seats, in need of new backing board. I have some black door cards that could be used instead or take both. Manual and electric window regulators. Along with an entire s3 wiring harness. Cloth gray headliner for the sunroof. Would come with 2 metal sunroof panels. One is white and the other is in need of paint to match. Gray cloth insert on hand for this. 3 s3 gauge clusters, disassembled to test functionality. Simple enough to put back together to make one good one. Either power or manual side mirrors, or take both.



 $6k: Everything above plus a brand new pre production racing beat triangulated strut brace with cast risers. A spare 12a engine and a spare 12a manual transmission (or 2). I have a rebuilt heater core and rebuilt heater fan. The same ones seen in the archive thread. I also have a set of kia 4.77 gears if you wanted to swap out the ring and pinion in the diff. It currently has 3.9 gsl gears. Also have a racing beat header (with an o2 bung welded at the collector), presilencer and muffler from the 90’s. Header is wrapped, but I didn’t drive in the rain or for short distances. 6 big bearing 4x110 rear axles.
