Longshot here, but putting feelers out to purchase or trade for a turbo kit for my 1993 rx7 FD. (manifold/downpipe/turbo) not too concerned about plumbing to intercooler. Looking for something smaller than what came on the car. I have been really interested in the borg warner 8374/7670 turblown setup or gt3582r range. Open to ideas but ultimately looking for a good 350hp- 400ish HP setup.
Pictures are of the current turbo setup, which came on the car I purchased back in April. I truthfully don't know much about this setup other than it's a very large turbo way above the power I'm looking for. (Willing to trade this setup and try to gather any info that may be needed on it if anyone were interested).
So long as that's a t4 then you only need the turbo itself. The downpipe flange can be modified to fit whatever turbo you get so you don't have to remake it. The sx-r line from borg Warner is pretty good. The sxe257 is pretty incredible and is 400 capable pretty easily.
I just pulled a BW s363 Sxe off my car that has hardly any run time on it at all. Its a .91 a/r and wouldn't work with my current downpipe and manifold. Asking 900 for it - Im in the Modesto Ca area too so we can always meet up
