Those might be difficult to source, without buying a whole new unit.

Have you throught about getting those 3d printed, painted silver?

I'll print them for free but I don't have a sample eq to test them on. If you can get me all the measurements, I can make them in Fustion360. Measurement like height, depth, width of the outside dimensions and then the inside dimensions that attach it to the metal slider. I sold all my radios years ago. I'll make a whole set so they match.
