Decided to sell my rx7 turbo 2, I have owned it for 8 years. I don’t drive it much, I recently installed a new battery, new tires, changed the differential fluid, and oil. The car starts cold and hot with no issues. Runs and drives, very fun to drive. Manual rack. When I purchased it there was a homemade air intake on it, I removed and installed the current intake. The car seems to have an over boost issue due to the intake on it. Revs good and pulls hard but when doing a long pull where it is in boost for an extended time it will hit fuel cut typically in higher rpm range in 3rd or 4th gear. It has some hail dents on the hood, body is not perfect but looks decent for what it is. Crack free dash, interior is complete, sunroof works and is rust free. There is no rust on the body, underneath has very minor surface rust. The car has always been garage or storage kept in my possession. After taking the car from storage the brake pedal is very firm, I suspect the booster has failed. Mostly original, previous owner deleted the emissions so on cold start it does not like to hold idle for about the first minute, after this it runs and idles fine. I’d like to see it go to a good home that will enjoy it, I unfortunately do not have time for it. I do not have to sell just have been thinking about selling it for the past few years.
