NEW unopened primer grey OEM 99 front bumper cover for sale from Shine Auto Project. $950

The rebar has 1 small 1/2" crack that an epoxy repair will easily fix, and is missing the black bottom lip support hoop.
A hoop could be fabricated from wood and/or narrow aluminum plate + painted flat black or installed with no hoop and a rigid lower lip and 3/16" rod lip braces.at each end of the lip.
I will only sell the rebar with the bumper cover, but the bumper cover can be purchased separately. Save $350+ in shipping !

Shine Auto might inventory the brackets, or you have to harvest some from your S6 bumper.
The piece set can be assembled from YAJ/Buyee listings, and, or they may still be available from the Mazda dealer.
Of course if Tomns16 has a set, all the better.
Note: The "rebar" for the S8 (99+) bumpers is different from the "rebar" for the Series 6~7 (Version 1~4) bumpers. Version 1~4 bumper rebar is wider and, to be used for a 99 bumper skin, needs to be cut off on the ends
(Caution, such a bodge might not be considered legal.)
A dealer pic of the "sealed packaging bumper" cover, and a better pic of what I'm pretty confident is a 1999+ rebar, minus the black lower lip hoop.
1992-1998 signal lights wont fit in this rebar, but larger 1999+ Stanley lights do fit, along with mounting hardware.
I still have the original bumper cover shipping box if someone would need it shipped, ... along with the rebar, if desired. PM your zip for a shipping quote.

Shine Auto does not include a lip spoiler with the purchase of their 99+ bumper covers (other than in pics .. for display purposes),

As far as I can tell the crack was caused by an adjacent bolt, and not from a low speed bump. None of the rectangular reinforcements or rebar rigity is/are compromised.
As previously mentioned, the sealed primer grey bumper cover is "as new", OEM sealed + undamaged.
