Just FYI, 79's had a smaller cover over the rear hatch release. In 80 they redesigned the tail curtain and cover. This tail curtain looks like it has the larger opening in its middle and makes me believe it for an 80. You could use it in a 79, but you would need the 80 cover to mate up to it. The rear deck carpet is the same both years and didn't change until 81 with cutouts added for the storage bins.
