You can still get these (the newer style like you have shown) from the dealer incase you want brand new.

You can also get these for basically free.99 from your local yard and all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. Multiple models of car from Mazda used the same switch. You can't go wrong buying from Tomsn16 either. So you got options!
