3. Tell him what you want to bid
4. He will tell you how much cover funds to send

6.If bid wins he will receive the item
7. He will determine shippng cost
8. You pay for shipping

Jesse is good for awkward items Buyee will not handle.
Buyee will sometimes over package and make shipping costs too high.
