Not threadjacking, but I wonder if someone who's got one would be willing to pattern this stuff out so it could be duplicated.

I may be a little late to the party, but I'm also looking to fabricate my own trunk carpet to accommodate the battery relocation. The shape seems easy enough to replicate. I need to talk with someone who actually has experience in this field- maybe get some pointers for materials. I'll post updates if this endeavor proves successful.
