Description:
Looking for a replacement Cowl or a good section out of a shell or wrecked car. The passenger side of the cowl right under the hood hinge is bent up from a previous accident. If you have a section would be willing to cut out and send let me know. Trying to restore a 93 that belonged to a friend that passed away recently., Thank you!

I think you might mean Item 4. Item 1 looks like the section under the wiper motor cover nearer the windshield.
Or you might have the wrong diagram entirely, if you are looking for the section the hood latch is attached to.

The pic of the part inthe auction is the lower part of the cowl. I believe I need the upper:

I think you mean hood hinge area, eh? Latch would be at front.
Although your front cross member looks kinda bent as well.
Have you done measurements to see if the entire front is not twisted?
