You’d be hard pressed to find a set of OG Type PROs in better condition than these. 

I drove them for maybe 1000 street miles before my car went down around 2003 (not a typo). Car has been under the knife ever since. Always garaged. 

I was planning to continue with these for my time attack build and was concerned about any potential issues from sitting for so long. So I sent them to my boy Chuck at Apexi for a refresh (side bar: I worked there too back in the day). 

Chuck checked them out, replaced all the seals, gave them fresh oil, and threw them on the shock dyno. They check out good as new. 

For the young folk out there, these were the flagship damper from A’pexi prior to the N1 Evolution they sell now. The Type PRO actually has a larger shock piston than the Evolution (52mm vs 46mm I believe) which I always liked. 

Springs are a nipple bleeding 16kg front and rear as these dampers were designed specifically for circuit use on Japan’s flawless track surfaces. Can easily swap in some more forgiving Swift/Eibach/etc springs if needed. 

Only letting them go because I’m deciding to go a little more motorsports oriented setup for the car. 

Price is picked up in SoCal (Orange County, but I will meet up somewhere within reason). I will ship anywhere if you cover the cost.
