Engine was rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago by Banzai Racing 

The following was done during rebuild 
-Efini 99 spec twin turbos 
-Ported wastegate 
-Koyo radiator 
-OEM radiator hoses
-Vacuum line simplification 
-Smog pump removal 
-BOMZ aluminum pulley kit with poly V-belt 
-Injector cleaning and balancing 
-K&N air filters 
-Apexi Power FC 
-Magnecor 10 mm plug wires 
-Wideband and dyno tuning 

Since I have owned it I have done the following 
-Refinished interior plastics 
-Replaced gauge cluster hood and bezel 
-Replaced speedometer assembly @ 103,000 miles - new odometer has not been reset
-Autometer AFR gauge 
-Autometer water temp gauge 
-Autometer boost gauge 
-Alpine head unit 
-Alpine Type-R door speakers 
-Alpine Type-R rear speakers 
-99 tail light mod 
-Aluminum intake tubes 
-Oil changes yearly ~1000 miles usually and never over 3000
-Fuel filter 
-Spak plugs 
-Replaced vacuum lines with all silicone 
-Banzai Racing oil pan brace 
-ACT street/strip clutch 
-Rx7.com trailing arms and toe links 
-Rx7.com delrin differential bushings

-Hatch glass weatherstripping 

Problems/Issues
-Driver side headlight motor is dead 
-Air conditioning is installed but not serviced -O ring blew out and let out all of the oil and freon. 
-Paint chips 
-Body kit bondo cracked 
-Clear coat peeling on spoiler 
-Dents and dings here and there 

I am looking to sell the car because I no longer have the time or money to appreciate it. I am sure there are things I am forgetting. I have a folder full of records and receipts from the previous owner and have kept up with that myself. Feel free to ask any questions.
