Please post a pic of your broken tabs. Any I have may not be any better.

The three loops being broken off is quite common.

But the bolts holding the top and bottom together should be sufficient.

Simple fix for broken tabs is use a few horse shoe shaped copper conduit clamps and screw the 2 halfs together. U won't be changing ur filter often.
only needed 2 and just painted them black.
