For s6 there is a short harness that runs out to the fogs from a shared plug coming out of the front harness. The wire that runs to the switch runs through the instrument harness (there may be a short harness within the shift surround console). How the circuit connects to the front harness, from the instrument harness, I don't know *. In any event if your car did not come with fog lights spec'd you may have to completely DIY a separate circuit. (* refer to separate wiring diagram manual)
