Description:

I've had this car for close to 30 years but dont be sad, funds will go towards getting my '77 REPU back on the road. I was close to getting this 1985 GSL-SE back on the road after ~ 1 year of downtime and it started and ran great for several starts but after I topped off the oil, it started running on 1 rotor. It looks like I lost rotor #2 (spark and fuel is good).  So the car will obviously need to be towed. Here's the details:

1985 Rx7 GSL-SE   - $3500
2nd owner (~28 years)
161902 miles on orginal motor
Old school (2000's?) racing beat full exhaust - header, presilencer, muffler
Tocico blue shocks w/ STS springs
RE Speed braided brake lines
energy suspension bushings

Exterior - paint is faded maco job. A few small rust spots (pictured) but nothing structural. No dents or collisions.
Interior - blue interior is all in pretty good shape. no tears or holes in the seats, no major stains.
Mechanical - engine obviously needs a rebuild, EFI was pretty dialed in and it will run (poorly) on one rotor.  AC is removed but all parts included. Recent plug wires and plugs. Hydraulics all functional and newer parts within last 10 years.

NOTE ** I will be keeping/returning the brand new battery (210$) unless the car is bought for my asking price.  Even though I am moving on to my REPU, I have a ton of spare Rx7 specific parts to go with this car. Some new (fusible links, gaskets, brake pads, hoses), some old (distributor, intake parts, interior parts, Rx7 floormats). I also have a 1985 GSL-SE Mazda shop manual + my years of notes that will be included.

BTW I sold the car for $3250 for anyone wanting to gauge value. The money will go towards getting the REPU some floors and road worthy again! Still in the game..
