someone is going to be REALLY happy here... these Tein springs offer the best single simple improvement you can make on a stock FD.
OE spring rate is
263 pounds per inch front
195 rear
Tein ST
440 front
320 rear
front up 67%, rear up 64%
perfect for overall fun driving, not too stiff yet a noticeable upgrade. they lower the car 1.4 F and 1.3 rear. you will need to reset your camber w the change in ride height. see my settings in post one of my sticky suspension thread in the, uh, Suspension Section. don't forget tire pressure.
the stock shocks work well w these springs.

I was going to grab them on the first day, but shipping 3500 miles west was too expensive.
I have them on my car and I am very pleased. Was going to match up with another set of Type R Bathurst R Showa Harmonic Drive dampers, for a real grand touring ride.
