Pretty sure DOOR CABLES are nla from Mazda. Only way I know to get new ones is to buy new door latch assemblies (very pricey).
You can confirm availability by checking with the NEW PARTS guru Ray Crowe....crowe.ray@aol.com.
I sell door the latch w good cables for $150 plus shipping.

Door cable measurements for LHD cars
Left door.....27.0" lock , 25.5" latch
Right door...19.5' lock , 18.0' latch
