Description:

I have these brackets from a 99 spec FD rear subframe. I got the subframe but couldn't use these brackets with my rear end set up as its a V8 Samberg kit. Unsure if they can be added to none 99 spec subframes. Clearing out the garage and would be happy for someone else to have em. Unsure what the shipping would be and the pricing. Local deal would be best but can ship. I'll start at $50 plus shipping.

I'll give the few local people a chance for pick up thats in my PMs. For serious buyers send me a PM. It's just extra work for me to find a box and package them. It is first come or first payment. I just don't have a box as of right now for shipping.

Thank everyone for your interest, do to people offering higher pricing then posted I will meet in the middle and raising the price to $80. Sorry it's not something I would normally do but I wanted to be transparent, so I'll start getting back to everyone that had contacted me 1st. Both brackets will be sold fo $80 pick up or added shipping price.

These should fit any FD from 1994 and onwards. The 1992/3 subframes did not use the additional brackets. So technically they are not 99 spec rear subframe brackets but rather 1994 spec

I plan to add them to my 93.
Will need some flat steel with some welding and paint to create the missing mounting spots on the rear subframe. I guess cheaper and easier than swapping the whole subframe. Might as well add some extra reinforcements.

Very strange FOR SALE ad........believe I responded FIRST to buy at the asking price plus shipping.
Seller has now increased asking price after discovering he under-valued the parts.
He should have "marked" the ad SOLD and started a new one.....our MARKETPLACE is not an auction?
Moderators please correct me if I am wrong

Yeah I totally understand that I should not be raising the prices like that. I am human and can really use the extra cash at this time. Maybe I can reach out to you since it seems like you are really active at selling parts? I'm sure I will be buying something from you in the near future I hope ppl don't take this personal.

It may be easier to find a box, pay for postage on line, print a label, stick it on and throw the box at the post office at your leisure, than waiting around for some dude to show up, and not show up

Yeah i was happy to enjoy a good conversation with the guy that purchased the brackets, I've been lucky to meet some super nice people to shoot the sh*t with when purchasing or selling RX7 parts.

Absolutely!!!!! Although most communities are riddled with unsavory characters who like wasting your time and trying to get parts for less than the agreed price at the meet up, some people out there are still true to their word and a face to face meet up and good BS session is worth the risk. To each their own I guess.

I sell a lot both ways.

Certainly meeting up with fellow owners has been a great pleasure and a way to learn more about the cars.

Other than some delays during Covid, using USPS/Canada Post has been easy and a pleasure.

Took three hours to get a back seat set and rear seats belts into this box which is just under the size maximum limit.

Shipping 700 miles cost C$110 which includes base charge, overlength charge, insurance, fuel surcharge and two sales taxes. Guaranteed three day delivery..

Drooped off at the local PO last night.
