Hold on.. not to rain on your post or anything, but you did state on the post "any price".. However, you've got a cap of $1300 US for it??? Ummm, how's that going to work? Because you're looking for an authentic Mazdapseed part that no longer exists in somewhat decent shape?? My friend, you better raise the price because no one is going to sell you that type of bumper for that price.
Also, have you tried looking at Buyee.. I think I've seen 2 of these bumpers up there.. and yes, both of them are in decent shape but they're going for more than what you're capping at....

Nah you're right, it was late at night and I worded the post poorly. My goal with that price was to hopefully find someone with one in a condition worth that price, not that I was only willing to pay that much for a one worth much more, but I can see why no one was going to understand that. To clear it up, for that price I was looking for a low condition but not trashed piece, one that would need a lot of hand work and repair to fix, not one that can just be thrown on the car in normal working condition, and this is based off one I had seen for sale by an individual on FB who had one in the condition I am referring to, but had been told by everyone that while it was a good buy, no one was going to buy it for that price, and I made an estimate off that for this post but I'm not claiming to know a lot about the value of these bumpers, so I'm not surprised if anyone finds my post to be ridiculous, but that's ok for me.

 

There is one on yahoo auctions right now. Current price is about $4500. Also a matching wing for around $1500
