For some reason the USDM markers are frequently available on Buyee/Yaj as a NIB aftermarket part.

Let me know if you can't find there.

Here is an example of what seems to pop up on Buyee often. It is obviously aftermarket but says it is in the US configuration (i.e. lighted). I can sell you this set for US$50. DM me your postal code and I will figure out air mail (or seamail, if you can wait).
