I'd like to start off by saying I don't need to sell this car and actually wouldn't mind keeping it. It was a dream car of mine (I specifically wanted a LHD CYM FD) and the ownership experience has not disappointed, with the car getting lots of love and attention everywhere I go.
So why am I listing it at all?
My wife and I originally planned on buying a house this year, but the real estate market the past two years has far outpaced our plan. Now, with a baby on the way, I've come to the conclusion that for the right price I would be willing to let this car go in lieu of other priorities. It is likely my most valuable possession and I will only sell it if the sale will tangibly move the needle for us with regards to our family situation. Because of that I don't anticipate a quick sale but perhaps the right buyer will come along if I leave this ad up.

Car was built by previous owner and I have been a steward since, running 1.75 to 2oz of Idemitsu premix at every fill up. It has a stock-ish exterior but is a bit of a sleeper. Overbuilt with plenty of headroom for reliability, never experienced any issues with start up or overheating, etc. Still has power steering and A/C.
