I’ve run in to a lot of scammers on here recently who pull their pictures of the item from the forums, google or eBay.
Since there is no “report” button on their profiles, I am posting here. Please ask for name verification photos next to items or other methods before sending money.
Also avoid posting your email or personal phone numbers. Use a DM instead.
The message function works well until you know your counterparty.
Beware of responses where you are asked to send an email to a random contact.
There is always risk to doing trades, but those simple rules help.
