Clockspring

I believe the clockspring is an internal part. If so, the unit is all intact. I only know this because I have another unit, but it is broken and the spring & white bushing fell out of it. I also am selling that unit for spare parts. If you want to see it send ur number so I can send u pics.
Thx,
Lou

Rear wiper question....

I don't think it ever came with a rear wiper control.

Rear wiper control is common. Ejector seat control, less common.

The reason I asked which combo switch you have....there are two different USDM switches.
1. combo for FD's with rear wiper
2 combo for FD's non-rear wiper...pic shows right stalk for non-rear wiper combo
Could not tell which you have from your pics

Lettering

The lettering shows a bit of wear, but half of it is still legable.
