The aluminum ones were replaced/updated by Mazda with another steel arm. From what I have seen it wasn't exactly the aluminum's fault but rather the way the bushing was fixed to the aluminum arm. Either way I would prefer the two steel arms rather than the one steel and one aluminum. PM sent.

Bump, Redbul would prefer to sell in a pair so I wouldn't want to force him to separate. Anyone selling even just single steel arms? From what I've read they're interchangeable so it shouldn't matter which side I purchase. Can anyone confirm?

I will split one pair, haha.

But I wonder if the issue with the aluminum arm is an issue if you are going to mount some aftermarket mounts on them. Perhaps someone know about that as well.

Post #2 is why I'm staying away from modifying the aluminum arm and why I would just prefer the pair of steel arms.

...But since Redbul is willing to break up one of his pairs I just need someone else that has a single steel arm they'd be willing to part with!

I think I might have some stock motor mounts. I'll dig into my parts bin this evening and check.
*edit, just realized this thread was several months old, lol.
