a vband midpipe would have to made on the car to suit whatever your downpipe situation was. singe or twin, they end up in about the same location but not always. you would have to get this part made to suit your car. unless someone sold you an entire exhaust, i dont see any way a vband midpipe would fit from someome elses car.

rx7store sells a great midpipe thats a 2 bolt flange. it uses a magnaflow core. its really nice. just check with them first and see what the wait on it is before placing the order.

 

It’s being chopped to add in a gesi cat, so I'm assuming they can line up the v-band flanges before they weld that in.

 

ah yes i see.... yea, disregard then. why not buy the materials if all you need are the pipe ends? 2 45* stainless 3in pipes and some vband flanges?

 

I wasn’t sure if it would be cheaper to buy loose parts or an old mid pipe that can be cut. I was thinking it would be easier for the exhaust guy to use the mid pipe that is already bent for that location, and that would possibly lead to less welding.
