Description:

Hyperion in-tank surge cover. This worked well for me for on track use with much reduced fuel starvation during high g corners. Metal zip ties are not included, they can be ordered from Mcmaster.

Hope I'm not thread jacking but I ordered one new and it came with those metal zip ties you mentioned. Couldn't figure out exactly what they're for and I got it installed without having to use them. Can someone enlighten me?

PM'd him week and a half ago for pickup still no response.
I'm curious about the zip tie as well, likely they will hold it to the plastic tank so it doesn't come off with G force?

The metal zip ties are used to tie it down. I used one or two just to make sure it didn't come loose during turns or bumps. Some people will say it's not necessary. I attached a pic. It's not my install, but very similar to what I did.
