Genuine OEM Mazda part number FD01-64-471D, smooth finish.
Brand new condition.
All originally packaged - same way it arrived from Japan. Extremely difficult to find as this part has been discontinued by Mazda.
This is the last one I have.
The smooth finish center console originally came with 1993 models, as later ones had the same console textured.
Will fit 1993-1996 LHD cars.

Actually it is sometimes cheaper to ship the same part to the US than to other parts of Canada.
