I am not sure if this is OEM or not it came with my FD unmounted and I do not intend to use it. 

I would really prefer local pick up but if you want to cover shipping, packing, and insurance I will ship it you can even use your own shipping account through UPS or FedEx I just want it covered encase they decide to treat it like a soccer ball.
