Are these Holley EFI gauges ones that connect to a Holley EFI system without the need for a separate sending unit?

If so, are these still available?

Yes they are available,. These gauges were connected to the Holley EFI system.

Does this come with the a-pillar as seen in the photos? So gauges, mount and a-pillar?

Yes, everything that is in the photos is included. 2 Gauges, double a-plllar gauge mount, a-pillar cover and wiring.
