Looking for the bezel/tray that sits in the shifter console and holds the three switches in "good" or better condition. I don't need the switches themselves.

If you have a friend with that piece, perhaps look for someone to 3D print it for you.
Get the shifter and handbrake boot rings done at the same time.
I will likely attempt to do that in a month or two.
Note LHD and RHD pieces for those items are different.
