under value? not sure how long youve been away from the FD market but you may want to re-asses. take a look at other cars in this price range from the past year. i wouldnt go so far as to say youre "under value"

Pretty sure they’re not making any more FDs. Sure I didn’t mention all the other misc parts and labor to make a 27 year old car reliable. Serious offers will see the paper work and see what a bargain this is.
Hes not bashing you, just suggesting you look at other listings. You initially even asked for 24k and now its 28k...
And also man, would you spend 28k on a car where the poster didnt bother with engine bay and interior pics?

i didnt notice he raised the price 4k from his initial post... wow... effectively a 30k fd with the issues that you bothered to list. just suggesting you re-asses your pricing since comparatively since this is not a 30k FD anywhere in the united states. also considering you are saying you have to move because of space reasons. just trying to help you be realistic...
The seller said he could have priced it at 28k. But the asking price appears to be 24k still. To the seller: I think the advice you've been given above is sound. You talk about hood alignment issues from something that didn't make it to the Carfax. Was there an unreported accident? The sale of this vehicle would likely go more smoothly if you put the goods and the bads in one post, preferably at the top of the thread. Also, having a comprehensive list instead of issues written off the top of your head will show that you are a motivated seller.

Ah... I see it now, you're right. I read it wrong. He does say he COULD have priced it at 28k, not that it IS priced at 28k. Either way, it's not a 2xK car lol
If you want to get the most you can out of your sale, I suggest you disclose everything to do with the car. It would put any potential buyer’s mind at ease to see and learn everything about it(short of test driving). I’d suggest following the BAT method of listing the FD. I would want to see professional quality photo & video of the vehicle. Full carfax report and service receipts. Why leave anything for anyone to question?

Ok, this post has been reported multiple times and has gotten the attention of the mod and admin staff. Let the guy ask what he wants for the car. If you have a negative opinion, please keep it to yourself and refrain from posting negative comments.
