Link are very good value for $. Hardware wise they are very robust and reliable. It probably helps that the boards are actually assembled in New Zealand and Link make a point of using Japanese and European components in the boards. Easy to tune and the software is user friendly. Very popular here in NZ in both street and competition applications. Have noticed they are very resistant to RFI and trig errors too - switching from Microtech to Link years ago was the best thing I ever did.

You might consider the Monsoon over the Atom with it's on board 4 bar map sensor and extra inputs/outputs. If you want lambda the Link CAN Lambda is a good option without using up an AN volt channel. I've found the LSU 4.9 sensors last many times longer with this unit compared to AEM and Innovate units. I've found the accuracy is identical to Motec PLM with NTK sensor (direct comparison dyno testing).

Worth noting is the FD plug in ecus are essentially an Xtreme board, so with the expansion loom they are actually a very powerful ecu for the money. All drivers are intact so with a little modification they can be used in a direct fire ignition application, not just wasted spark.

Unhappy PFC vs Link

Hey guys!
need some help please.
My 7 is kinda stock but has RE Amemiya Intake and HKS Hi-Power, and running stock twins, sequential of course, but Link says it does not support sequential applications. Should I go for PFC?
I don't need to tune for race or anything, I am just looking into a light tune, my current chipped REDOM ECU isn't properly tuned and for sure don't wanna send it to RE Amemiya for retuning.

Your suggestions please.

Thanks,

For your car, you'd be fine with Power FC, or even the stock ECU. Power FC is plug and play and works reasonably well on just the base map out of the box.
