Really nothing has changed in the new Legally Sanctioned Racing Kills Section, it just assumes that all kills posted here are “Legally Sanctioned” unless otherwise proved to have been illegal, which is almost totally impossible.


If you read the rules of the forum it says nothing about the so called “KILLS” having to have taken place on a track, private property, or anything else. There is no basis to assume any race was illegal in anyway, all “KILLS” posted in this section should be assumed legal.

For example:

Tom says - I pulled away in 3rd and took the next exit ramp.

Dick says- We lined up at the red light, turned green and I hit the gas.

Harry says- The cops came and busted Tom and Dick.

A moderator is not a mind reader and can’t assume it was an illegal race.

Maybe it was a closed down section of an old highway that Tom’s uncle now owns.

Maybe Tom let Dick put up a traffic light on his uncles old highway.

Maybe the cops didn’t know it was private property and the tickets got thrown out of court.

You can’t assume that there are laws against street racing in the area or place where the race took place. For all the moderator knows the race could have taken place on another planet where basic laws of man kind don’t apply.

 

Well that's a load off my mind. Finally I feel free to post how I destroyed that Gallardo on that winding private mountain road.

 

Actually you post what you want as they did away with the legal sanctioned BS, but your dead on, so many variables can contribute to a story, one has no basis to assume anything “illegal occurred”. So it was all hot air to begin with.
