I have a turbo swapped 86 base with some mild weight reduction and more mods than him, no way in hell he is spinning all of 2nd and 3rd.

There's no way a TII with stock boost is going to run an 8.07 in the 1/8th. That's faster than an STI or an Evo. My friend's SR20 powered S13 was running 8.8 and 8.9 in the 1/8th with decent traction and more boost. Someone raise the BS flag on this guy please!
