Hey, considering one can only deduct so much as to someone's personality via the internet based on the information said person provides, I don't think its too much to consider you cocky in said terms. You could be a cool guy in person, but considering how you parade about on this forum on your high horse with your whole "I'm-better-than-everyone-else-because-I-got-an-FD-young" thing, then yes, you are going to be considered a cocky little bastard. So, before you get all defensive, remember that you have been judged based on what you have put on the table.

Where exactly did I say that I am better then anyone because I have an FD??? Please point this out for me to see cuz I must have missed it somewhere. I respect All Rx7's 79-02 never said im the **** cuz I have an FD. YOU just over analized a sig and blew it outta proportion.
Hmm its my own fault I quess for even deiciding to post on here, I've been a member for what 3years now and Only have 20 or so posts. Do you know why that is...... Because in almost every section there are people like 1RevinFc, Sloasfk, and Matty who seemingly just look for people to bust on for almost no reason at all. Excuse the Hell outta me if I seem cocky for my sig. sorry im not mid 20's when I got my First Fd, or my second one. Age and maturity dont exactly go hand in hand. If you met me in person you would see that im not such a bad person.
Oh and I Paid CASH for my White Fd that I have now, My first one got totalled after a 16year old girl T-Boned it damn near killing me. I got a small check for it and had money saved and a few months later bought the Fd that I have today. I would also like to ask for a truce I guess, im deleting my sig, so please get off my back cool?!
Edit: I WILL DELETE SIG AS SOON AS MODS FIX THAT AREA OF THE SITE, I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE SAYING ERROR SIG CANT BE MORE THEN 500 BLAH BLAH BLAH

Well On my way home from my fathers house I notice a Black SS with a Nice sounding Exaust. I Really wasnt in the mood for a race so I passed him at alittle of speed limit just crusing by. Then I noticed that I wasnt passing him and he is now paseing me and giving me a few revs of his LS1. Hmmm I think to myself, is it worth it ???? Yeah! So I respond back with my Greddy Type Rs back at him with my Rotary powered Toy. I put it in 3rd he sends me a rev back and were off. Pull 2 cars going through 3rd and another car or so about 2 seconds into 4th before I cut out. Late start I thought to myself maybe I jumped him?! So he lines up again, this time I put it in 3rd give 3 honks and were off, Same Result 2cars atleast in 3rd and a Couple more in 4th before I cut out do to a car in my lane. Well it was fun, made the ride home faster at least

I got an LS-1 that wants to try your record.
Just playing. Good race man. Those Camaros/Firebirds are freaking tanks. Seems like they're only getting heavier with the new one coming out next year.

3400 pounds give or take, not the lightest car, but certainly not the heaviest. Strange that C5 vettes and fbodys run the quartermile in similar times?

But I'm more of a road course and canyon guy. If it doesn't have turns, I'm not interested.

There's several reasons for that. 1) We get the crappy runflats. They don't hook for anything. Also, you have a different rear-end than we do. F-bodies were made for the drag strip, corvettes are not. Try to run a corvette on the freeway, and you'll find out that weight advantage on the corvette makes it pull away every time stock for stock.
But I'm more of a road course and canyon guy. If it doesn't have turns, I'm not interested.

^Phwew, okay good. You seem like a cool guy. Sorry I was all up in arms. I thought maybe you were one of these guys we had a year or so ago (Budd and Bastien) that were F-Body trolls that had nothing better to do than praise all LS1 and **** on anything that isn't Chevy. Sorry if I was rude, lol.

I don't mean anything bad by F-bodies, I just know that out of the factory, they don't feel right for me personally. But if you look at my signature and the list of cars I have, you'll figure out what kind of driving I prefer. I wouldn't want to race one on the drag strip. Even with the supercharger, I'll spend most of my time spinning while they leave me out of the hole.

at steele they both run mid 13's, some in the low 13's, and at all the 1/8th mile tracks in this area, they both run mid-high 8's.
