FC kills Cobra
FC kills Cobra
I was coming home yesterday. I see this chameleon painted mustang coming up behind me.
I play it cool, keeping it @ the speed limit. These 2 guys, in the mid 90's Cobra are riddin my ***, and I mean rubbing the paint off close. We get down to the light and make our turns, and the Cobra nails it. He starts to spin as I am almost through my turn, I nail second gear and its on. I pull 2 cars right away, I assume cause he lost traction. by the time I hit 3rd he's back within 1 car. I push 3rd hard, and start walking away from the Cobra, not alot maybe another car length and a half.
We shut down @ 90 mph, they both give me a thumbs up, and I returned the respect..

Just about every part you could modify yourself, without spending more than $500.00
I spent $500 for the composite clutch. Next expensive mod is exhaust system. That was less than $300 custom built SS 2 1/2" ID including Magnaflow #14842, custom expansion chamber $20.00.
I only spent $1000 for the car..
