I can appreciate any car thats fast and done well, but when you compare a 1800 lb striped car with almost the same h/p as a street rx7 with comforts and its only 8 tenths faster im not impressed. My cars almost a 1000 lbs more than the honda so its like comparing an apple to a grape{rasin} you know what i mean.
There is no better way to put it!

This thread is delivers. LMAO @ "torque steer" into the wrong forums.
Honda guy is probably still pushing the car onto the trailer while the guy in the FD is at home having a cold one.

Will work for horsepower
I dont mean to beat a dead horse but i have a friend that builds hondas. This guy races the big time and builds some cars local. Hes built a civic for a coustomer that weighs in at about 1900 lbs and makes over 600 h/p the car runs sometimes in the mid tens and 130's mph on slicks. No power, no ac, crank windows you know what im talking about so were is the comparison? I like watching it run but i dont consider it to be much of a street car! And if the original poster would like to race some street cars were im from it would be real lopsided 8.90's vega meet 10.0 honda get the picture.

whats funny is you talk **** about rotartys. but then you say your getting one.
personally i think that in your past a rotarty spanked you so bad in a race that you have come to conclude that you hate them and will do anything in your path to see one lose.
and your way of going around in this is by getting a honda and putting probably over 50k in it just to be able to beat stock rx7.

I seriously doubt you actually know any of the owners of those rotaries. It looks more like you were at a meet or racing event and decided to go around and take pictures of all the different cars. That being the case, you must be a sad and lonely little man to try to claim them as friends.
