300zx twin turbo vs FD
FD stats: 1993 touring, true non sequential turbos running 10 psi, dp, catback, k&n filter in stock box, hks bov. (approx 280-290 from engine) (1 passanger)
300zx stats: stock non seq turbos running 13psi, dual dp's, dual mp's, dual catback's, side mount intercoolers(2, one for each turbo), dual apexi bov's, and afc fuel controller running rich. (says he has about 390-400 from engine) (just driver)
these are the mods he told me.
30-120 mph roll, started in 2nd gear. Had him by about 1/2 car until 80-ish then he gradually pulled on me till 120 when we shut down. He had about 1/2 car on me @ the end. Nice car and a very cool guy. Js thought u guys would like to hear.

HAHHA 300zx are fast. I have one around here thats supposed to be pushing 500hp. I ran him one night and it was a 40 roll, and i instantly jumped a car on him, i throw it into 3rd and he pulls me to 3 cars infront of me!!!!. I was like holy ****. Then the next night, he beat a modded evo from a dig

300zx are just like supras. top end. but there just like supras in weight. Most of the ones on here in MIA look stock but under the hood are 400hp monsters. You win some you loose some!

The Z32, Twin Turbo 300ZX is a very nice car. I don't see how you think they feel cheap, unless you rode in a beat up one. The same could be said for FD's.
Personally, I really like them, and think they look just as "New" today as they did 15 years ago. The lines are really clean and modern. The car is relatively luxurious, spacious, and very powerful, even when stock.
If they weren't suck a pain in the *** to modify, would have looked into one a while back.

SEEMS TO ME THAT WHEN IT COMES TO PUTTING POWER. Theres not that much resources for 300xz.
Mostly for rx7/civic/mustangs/supras/3000gt (maybe). all the ferrari mods you gotta go overseas & ship the car
The more resources the more you can modify the car. It might not be true but just my opinion!

My brother-in-law has a 1990 300zx TT, and it seems to be pretty quick. He said he raced an STI and beat the crap out of it. We haven't dynoed it yet though. The previous owner did some mods. 52mm Stillen Turbos, intercooler piping, aluminum drive shaft, Stillen exhaust, and a Wolf ECU. There is more but I can't remember. He bought the car for $7k. Previous owner even had the car serviced before he sold it. I'd like to race him for fun once I get my FD done.
