Why is it that the vendor hasn't directly given us any update on all of this? The last time he posted anything was 7 months ago back in August and that was to give the updated sign up list. I'm not implying shady dealings. I'm simply saying that it appears he's avoiding this situation completely when we have been MORE than patient.

I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at JKL for a very long time via email or phone. I have paid in full for a SMB exhaust more than a year ago.
