Wut up guys & girls
Hows it goin, it's pretty obvious that im new and im still learning a lot about automotives and RX7s. I live in Garland Texas but my dream would be moving down to the LA area in California. Im 16 and still in High School and in my school's autobody program.
My favorite cars are of course RX7s, Supras, and definitely Skylines. I dream to own a RX7 FD3S, I dont know what year but I've always wanted rarity in a car such as a Spirit Type R or R34 Skyline. Im currently trying to find a good paying job so I can slowly work my way up to buying an RX7. People laugh and say, "yeah sure whatever", but im really dedicated and i have a strong passion for automotives and cars.
I want to pursue a career in the automotive industry. My dream would be designing and testing engines for Nissan's GTRs and supercars. I would have to say 6 grade would be the starting point when all I drew were cars such as Lamborghinis and Skylines. Then I moved on to playing games like Need For Speed. I didnt go to my first auto show until 2007 HIN in Dallas which was a big turning point in my life. It was shortly afterwards when I decided that this is what I wanted to do in life. I recently just started buying Import magazines such as Super Street. Ive always liked them but I used to just look at the cars. Now I actually read it and I learn new things all of the time. My other dream would be being on the cover of a magazine. Haha we can all dream but who knows, it could happen.
I wanted to join this forum so I can learn more about RX7s before I buy one. I dont want to be one of those spoiled little teens who just buy a nice car and dont even know half about it. So to start off, I have a question.

I actually need help on what year RX7 I want. as you know, I want an FD which is 1992-2001. When I search for RX7s, they are usually 1993s for sale and never go up to 1996.
My question is, are there anything wrong with the 1993 models? how come nobody ever sells 1996 and above?
Thanks everyone and I appreciate your help.
