No job = no budget = no turbo rotary. Get an N/A or a different car. FDs are expensive to anyone to own. TIIs are cheap by comparison, but still require a lot of maintenance and are fairly expensive especially when you don't have a steady income.

N/As are just like any other car as far as reliability and maintenance. They'll run forever, start every time, etc.
