Finally acquired a first year ('79) model - after seeing one as a young teen. Perhaps what is most interesting is that I bought it from an 87 year old Mazda collector and I believe that I am the second owner (or third, if you count his friend that owned it at some point). It's also interesting that I owned zero vehicles for the past 20 years, now that I live in NYC. I haven't worked on a car since 1997 when I had a 1947 Crosley Coupe! 21hp. Wish me luck.... and thanks for having me. I'll try not to ask any questions already answered....!
