Up and Coming RX7 Owner
Hey guys, I'm located down in San Diego. I'm looking forward to joining the club.
I fell in love with the FD when I test drove it and now i'm looking to be a first time owner of a 87 FC Turbo. (I'll eventually own a FD, but the FC will be fun!)
I have a question for you guys though, the guy i'm purchasing the car from states that the engine is 160k, all original and has not been replaced since he owned it. Should I be concerned that I may have to replace out the engine soon? The car itself looks like it was well maintained.

I've been reading up on the 2nd Gen FAQ (You are mistaken, I'm getting a FC not the FD....but one day I will have them both!!)
I'm going to take a test drive on the car and if everything goes well, i'll be the new owner of a 87 FC Turbo.
Anyone know a good place to take the car in for a compression test in San Diego?
