Trying to Revive the FD
Oil leaking from the oil neck isn't really a thing. If the o ring under it failed, which is always the case, then oil can come out when pouring it in. You can get some light "blow by" when driving but oil isn't going to leak from there as it would from an oil pan or a rear main. Whats actually wrong with it? What's it doing or not doing?

if you are looking to BAT, have Sakebomb do a proper compression test and have them take date stamped pictures of the actual results.
If the compression test results are weak, be mindful that the BAT comments will not be favourable.
Have Sakebomb remedy any check engine light issues and do smoke tests to find any leaks in the vacuum hose system.
Have them certify they have done such checks/tests.
If the checks/tests point to significant remedial work is needed to your rats nest (vacuum lines, solenoids, harness.)....this could lead to significant expense to correct and maintain the OEM look.

If you have overfilled the oil and you still have the overfill hose running from the filler neck to the front turbo intake elbow, you may have oil in your front turbo. You will find out soon enough as usually such a situation causes considerale smoke. Check your cross-over pipe from the top of the y-pipe to see if there is any oil blowby in there.
